If one of these issues has occurred, please file a claim on OrderProtection.com.
We recommend that you purchase the OrderProtection.com shipping insurance. If you do not purchase shipping insurance and your order is Lost, Stolen, Defective, Damaged In Transit, Delivered Not Received, or the Wrong Item has been sent, you will be refunded in the form of store credit, minus the shipping cost. Alternatively, we can send a replacement, but additional shipping charges may apply.
